PARTNERED EMERGENCY DRILLS
McCall, ID April 2, 2026– McCall Donnelly School District
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On Friday April 3, 2026, the McCall-Donnelly School District will partner with the McCall Police Department, McCall Fire & EMS, and the Valley County Sheriff’s Office to conduct a coordinated safety training designed to strengthen emergency preparedness across the school district. The joint training will bring together school staff, law enforcement officers, and first responders to practice coordinated response procedures and improve communication during potential emergency situations on school campuses. The exercise will provide an opportunity for all participating agencies to review protocols, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that teams can work seamlessly together when responding to critical incidents.
“Collaboration like this is essential for maintaining a safe learning environment for students and staff. By training together, agencies build relationships, streamline response strategies, and reinforce a shared commitment to protection. The McCall-Donnelly School District extends its appreciation to the McCall Police Department, McCall Fire & EMS, and the Valley County Sheriff’s Office for their continued partnership and dedication to student and community safety.”
