Another exciting year in the MDHS Foods classes! We are incredibly grateful for our supportive Culinary community and their mentorship with our students! In addition to the Tenn Living "Cupcake Wars" final, we'd like to extend a HUGE thank you to Chef Kucy for taking his time to teach knife skills and let us tour his facility, Rubert's! Also, to Chef Topple for his annual fruit-art lesson and his soup challenge! Kimi Houston brought her amazing cake decorating skills to the class once again, resulting in some remarkable event cakes! Chef Marcus and his Shore Lodge tour helped us prepare for the National ServSafe Certification exam. Plus, Kristin and Steph at North Fork Coffee Roasters provided an awesome experience for these young ladies and gentlemen to learn the artistic and inspiring coffee process!


What an outstanding year with spectacular students, surrounded by outstanding community professionals! We'll see you again in the fall! ❤️
