  • Train stakeholders to use the district communication plan
  • Evaluate efficacy of communication methods
  • Research and implement best communication practices

2. Provide Information Management Systems

  • Establish guidelines and expectations for the systems
  • Train students, parents, staff, and patrons to use the systems effectively
  • Evaluate information management systems and update as needed
