Heartland High School Building Design

On Monday, February 13, 2017, CTA Architects and Engineers presented preliminary designs for the new Heartland High School alternative school facility. The new building will replace 2 trailers which were purchased by the school district in 1991. It features an energy efficient design of approximately 5,500 square feet. The new concept was designed in collaboration with students and staff and is intended to significantly reduce energy consumption. The public meeting began at 5:00 with a presentation by CTA. An opportunity for public comment followed.
