Request for Qualification for Construction Management Services
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The McCall Donnelly Joint School District No. 421 (“School District”) is seeking responses from firms which are both currently licensed Idaho Public Works Construction Managers, in good standing, and currently licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors, also in good standing, to provide their qualifications to perform certain construction manager/general contractor services (“CM/GC Services”) in accordance with Idaho Code Section 54-4501, et. seq., as determined by the School District.
The School District is currently designing renovations and additions to Donnelly Elementary School and Payette Lakes Middle School, and traffic flow solutions for Payette Lakes Middle School and Barbara Morgan Elementary School (collectively, the “Project”). The Project will be completed in phases and will be located in McCall and Donnelly, Idaho, as follows:
Phase One: Donnelly Elementary School in Donnelly, Idaho;
Phase Two: Payette Lakes Middle School in McCall, Idaho;
Phase Three: Payette Lakes Middle School in McCall, Idaho; and
Phase Four: Barbara Morgan Elementary School in McCall, Idaho.
Phase Five: Miscellaneous projects at the discretion of the district.
The School District intends to construct the Project using the CM/GC delivery method. Through this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) the School District intends to solicit responses from qualified applicants from whom the School District may select a CM/GC for this Project. Responses should address the proposing party’s specific qualifications for the Project, which is described above.

To be considered, complete responses to the RFQ must be received in the District’s administrative office by 2:00 p.m. (MDT) on June 3, 2021. The responses to this RFQ will be publicly opened in the Douglas MacNichol Building at 401 North Mission, McCall at 3:00 p.m. (MDT) on June 3, 2021.
