3. sediment - what settles to the bottom; substance in liquid which settles
4. sedimentary - settling to the bottom; rock formed by settling
Idiom of the week: bats in the belfry - to have bats in one's belfry is to be crazy in the head. The belfry at the top of a church is being compared to the human head. The belfry is the part in a church tower where the bells are rung. Bats are known to inhabit these places where they fly around crazily.
Suffix of the week: -able "capable of; worthy of" honorable, perishable, predictable
