A Letter to Families:

Next Fall I will return to the 1st grade!  I had a memorable experience looping with my 1st grade class to teach 2nd grade last school year.  I am excited to work with your children! I  will bring new ideas and a fresh skill set to the classroom. 

I encourage you to spend time reading aloud with your child this summer.  There is no greater gift you can give!

This summer I can't wait to participate in a Common Core Standards workshop focusing on both Math and English/Language Arts!! 

I also plan to run a half marathon in the beautiful city of Seattle!
